With more than 18 years of environmental consulting experience and over adecade in leadership roles, Mindi brings a depth of technical expertise andstrategic insight that strengthens our commitment to deliver practical,defensible environmental solutions to our clients.  

Mindi is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience inair quality permitting and compliance, including Title V, PSD, and NNSRpermitting across multiple states. Her technical background also includes airdispersion modeling, emissions estimation, regulatory strategy, compliance plandevelopment, and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies.  She has supported a wide range of industries,including oil and gas, chemical manufacturing, power generation, and industrialfacilities. Her leadership experience includes directing multi-disciplinaryteams, mentoring staff, developing internal tools and training, and fosteringstrong collaboration across departments. Mindi holds both a Bachelor and Masterof Science in Biological Engineering from Louisiana State University and is aregistered Professional Engineer in Louisiana, Florida, West Virginia, andAlabama
