We are excited to announce that Celena Cage has joined CK Associates as our newest environmental professional.

Celena brings more than three decades of environmental regulatory and compliance experience, including leadership roles with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ), where she most recently served as Assistant Secretary of the Office of Environmental Compliance, leading the agency’s enforcement and surveillance/inspection teams. Her extensive background includes environmental permitting, compliance evaluations, enforcement, inspections, spill response, and regulatory interpretation across air, water, waste, radiation, and industrial programs. Notably, she was the LDEQ lead for developing the state’s new Environmental Audit Privilege Program, which has been used by industrial clients in Texas for a number of years.
