CK Associates is pleased to welcome David Toler. David brings 25 years of environmental consulting experience to projects involving solid and hazardous waste permitting, site investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance. He works with industrial clients to develop practical approaches to complex environmental challenges.

David has led soil and groundwater investigations, prepared permit applications and closure plans, and managed remediation projects across Louisiana and other states. His experience includes applying Louisiana’s RECAP guidance to evaluate site conditions and working with regulatory agencies to move projects toward resolution.

David holds a master’s degree in Environmental Toxicology from Louisiana State University and a bachelor’s degree in Animal Biology from Louisiana Tech University.
