As the CK Associates Air Quality Program Manager, Kerry Brouillette supervises air permitting and compliance projects. His career has focused on organic chemicals manufacturing, refining, electric power generation, and industrial manufacturing industries and his work is primarily comprised of federal and state permitting, enforcement/compliance support, auditing, and compliance plan development. He has also performed consulting services and field services under the PSD, NNSR, Title V, CERCLA, and CAA programs.

Bruce Raff is a Senior Environmental Scientist with CK’s Air Quality Team. He has over 23 years of experience working for an internationally owned chemical manufacturing complex in south Louisiana and 8 years of experience in the consulting field. Overall he has worked in the field of air quality permitting and compliance and closely with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality for his entire 31-year environmental career.

As a Senior Project Manager at CK, Cindy Thompson has worked with a wide variety of industrial sectors on air quality compliance issues that include permitting and Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT), as well as developing strategies for compliance with Title V/PSD/NNSR programs in multiple states. She has managed air permitting projects beginning with design stage of the projects to develop permit strategies through implementing compliance programs for air permits for grassroots projects including cogeneration facilities, natural gas liquids, refining, wood waste boilers, and power plants. For these projects she has also managed air permitting, water permitting, Corps of Engineer permits, wetland delineation, groundwater certification policy requirements, and environmental impact assessment.

Jennifer Tullier

Jennifer Tullier has specialized in air permitting and compliance for various refineries, industrial, manufacturing and oil and gas clients. She has managed air permitting projects beginning with permit strategy and serving as agency liaison, through implementing compliance for air permits. She has been the Project Manager for many air permitting and compliance actions for large chemical plants and refineries, and has facilitated streamlining compliance reports for facilities. Ms. Tullier is also responsible for coordinating the preparation of SARA Section 312 reports and Section 313 reports for CK Associates.

Shawn Pritchett is CK Lake Charles office’s Senior Air Quality Specialist. He is a Chemical Engineer with more than 15 years of environmental experience working with refinery, petrochemical, and industrial facilities. Shawn has worked on numerous federal and state air quality permitting and compliance support projects that include PSD, Title V, NSPS, MACT, auditing, compliance strategies, compliance plans, implementation support, and other CAA programs for facilities in multiple states.

Beth Szewc

Beth Szewc is a Senior Environmental Scientist with CK where she has extensive experience in air dispersion modeling, air permitting including state air permitting, federal Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting, federal Part 70 permitting, and Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR) permitting. Ms. Szewc is involved in all aspects of PSD and Part 70 permitting including screening and refined air dispersion modeling, Best Available Control Technology (BACT) determinations, regulatory analyses, development of air emission calculations, Environmental Assessment (IT Questions), and additional impact analyses. Air dispersion models used in studies performed by Ms. Szewc include EPA’s AERMOD model, AERSCREEN, SCREEN3 and SLAB. Ms. Szewc has conducted air dispersion modeling in the states of Louisiana, Texas, and New Mexico.

Gordon Moore

As the Area Manager, Mr. Moore is responsible for the supervision and management of projects in the north Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi regions. As a project Manager and Project Engineer, Mr. Moore has performed and supervised numerous environmental engineering, remedial, permitting, design, and regulatory compliance projects in the Shreveport office since 1991.

As an Environmental Scientist, Annisa White is responsible for Air Quality related projects. With seven years of environmental experience including five as an Environmental Investigator with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Houston Regional Office. In this position, Ms. White acted as Program Liaison for special projects including New Source Review –Leak Detection and Repair and Clinton Expansion Project. Ms. White was a Technical Resource Trainer for Title V and Subject Matter Expert for the Equipment – Toxic Vapor Analyzer. Ms. White has a significant air quality regulatory background and strong communication skills in Federal and State Regulations pertaining to compliance issues and permitting flexibility. Air permitting experience includes PBR Registration, NSR Renewal and Amendment and FOP Revision. Some regulatory rules include NSPS, NESHAPS, BACT, MACT, RACT, HON, SOCMI, and 30 TAC.
